This is not a big issue. You just need to login to you account that you created while filling the form of NEET and check the status of your form. Check if anything is wrong there. Ensure that you have the complete filled form downloaded along with fee receipt. Also in future the only way will be that, if you've got your admit card then your form the accepted. Nothing other than these are the options.
