As you want to prepare for Jee 2025. I'm assuming that you in class 12th a science student of physics chemistry maths. You can start with focusing  on your basic class 12th studies and building a discipline and also a pattern of studying that helps you as per my case i study in breaks you maybe a night owl and when one plan is fixed you can increase your work load gradually.
