For getting 500+ you need to make a proper attempt and self believe. If you believe in yourself and work hard everyday for the next four months you can easily crack it up as much as 500. For that you should give most of your time towards study. Follow NCERT for chemistry and biology. Physics follow GRB books. Solve as many previous year questions as possible.

The syllabus of NEET is as same as class 11th, 12th syllabus.
Here are the some tips which can help you to prepare strategically.
These are -
* Divide your time, fix routine and follow it strictly.
* Read NCERT books thoroughly.
* Try to read it again and again
* For physics, solve numerical problems as much as you can
* For chemistry, read the books thoroughly
* For mathematics try to practice sample papers as much as you can
* Practicing previous year question papers will help a lot
* Always give preference to NCERT books.
* After reading it thoroughly you can prefer reference books.
* Don't forget to revise the topic weekly
* Solve sample papers as much as you can.
* Lastly keep relaxed and stress free.
