@Rakshita: FMS is a good option if you seek admission in for HR specialisation to learn. In case you want to get good placements then you can think of taking admission in XLRI. So in both terms you will have to decide. All the best.

@Rakshita: Tiss you can again consider after XLRI. FMS students look for careers in marketing, consulting, finance, IT. These are pretty strong at FMS. Placements depend a lot on students' preferences. Not many people come to FMS for HR and hence HR
