IT IS EXTREMELY DIFFICULT TO TELL YOU the exact placement as Jadavpur don't show its placement stats publicly.

but more than 50% get placed in core chemical companies, rest are either hired by IT SECTOR, PSU 'S or go to foreign universities to study.

if you study well, you'll get placed in core companies. otherwise in IT companies 

so allover chemical placement is 70%-85% depending on year to year performance

8. A strong performence in the Joint entrance examination can provide with the excellent oppurtunity to be a part of this UGC affiliated and hugely funded university .

Overall , it Is A Great College For Chemical Engineering. Placements Are Great In College With Highest Package Of 27 Lakhs.

This college will provide you with all the relevant resources that you can very well make use of to explore your subjects. The placement cell is quite active.
