Qualification is the measure of your quality for getting admission in any Institute. You need to fulfill their need of qualifications for getting admission in their Institute. Let some of the Institution give their qualifying marks cutoff, if you can fulfill that requirement you could be eligible for getting admission there. Based on that you need to do the application of the Institution.

You need to be more specific on which college or Institute you need to know about. Whatever I think it would be helpful.
