Hello,

The human body does not have a fixed amount of ATP at any moment because it is constantly being used and regenerated. On average, a human body contains about 250 grams (0.25 kg) of ATP at a time.

However, the body recycles ATP very quickly—each molecule is used and regenerated thousands of times per day , producing around 50-75 kg of ATP daily to meet energy needs.

Hope it helps !
