The number if BC seats cannot be exactly predicted. But, to procure a seat in the CSE branch of Anna University, one should have a cut off score of something which is not less than 198 in the BC category. The cut off's are always high as CSE is the most opted branch among candidates and obvious, the main campus is the top rated one. But, if you are asking for colleges which are affiliated to Anna university, yes, you can get a seat in CSE branch. Yet, it cannot be any college which comes under the top ten ranking list of Anna University. Also, one thing to keep in mind is that scores and ranks vary each year with difficulty level of the question paper and availability of seats.
