Hey aspirant,

It completely depends on your capability and capacity. Some crack it by studying only for one month but for some the time extends to one year.

But it is very crucial to study for atleast 7-8 hours of a day to prepare for the CLAT exam.

Preparation for CLAT needs practice and patience.

So analyse your strength and start preparing for CLAT.

Hope this helps you.

Dear student,

So it totally depends on the time you have as of now, supposingly if you are left with 1 to 2 months more time needs to be dedicated. However if you have enough time or if you are starting with early preparation then it's a plus point for you.

  • So, the very first step is to understand what actually the syllabus is. As in what actually is in the paper thus helping you to get an idea of what to study and how much weightage every topic has
  • Then you can start preparing with covering the basics , generally in the starting most of the students who are serious towards the examination are ready to devote 4 to 6 hours per day and after that you can increase it further.
  • Covering mathematics takes a major portion of time so start with it early and do focus on logical reasoning area as well.
  • Also prepare in such a way that you could have revised the whole syllabus atleast 2 times properly, because revision and clarity with understanding the topic is the key to this examination.
  • Studying for 6 to 8 hours  is a must since it helps one to improve their focus, start with less sitting Time and gradually increase it.
  • Solve previous year question papers and do appear for online mock tests along with preparation to boost your confidence and preparation level.
