Hello student,
First of all, let me tell you that, to give the JEE Advanced exam , you have to clear the JEE Mains exam first. And as a general category student, your JEE Mains percentile would be around 90%, to be eligible for JEE Advanced. Now comes the point of JEE Advanced exam. With the score of this exam, you can get admission into engineering courses at IIT's . And to get admission into IIT's, your score must be very good in JEE Advanced exam. As you have not mentioned your category, so we are assumed you as a general category student. Now to get a seat atleast in some new IIT's, you have to get a rank below 6000 in JEE Advanced Exam, as per your general category.
Hope it helps.
