You haven't mentioned our Category. Neverthless, AP is Categorised into 3 areas called OU, AU,SVU, The 2018 State Cut offs have been as follows:

UR                   SC                   ST                   BC

AU                            533                427             378               484

SVU                           517           403               395                 473

OU                             526          418               421                  458

Now this is 2018 data and cut offs change every year. So with a score of 600, if you belong to General Category, you might not get the Medical Colleges like Andhra Medical College, Venkateswara Medical College, etc. But you might get a seat in a Government Medical College. But if you can make it up to 650, you surely can get these 2 Colleges. Cut offs change every year depending on various factors such as no.of Candidates appearing for the exam, no.of Candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam.
