Dear Kumar, it depends on many factors like he State, the college, whether in All India Quota or in State Quota. To be qualified in NEET, as a student of SC Category, you should score 40% of the top NEET score. For example if the top NEET score is 400, you should score atleast 100 to be qualified. Having said that not every qualified candidate can get a Medical seat. Cut off depends on various factors like no. of seats available, no. of candidates appearing for the exam, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. As the number of candidates appearing for NEET under SC category are less and the cutoff marks are also less, hence the chances of getting government medical college increase.
417 was the cutoff for ALL india quota seats for sc category candidate.
For state quota seats, the cutoff is less. For example , in uttar pradesh, the cutoff goes as low as 384 for government medical college through state quota
