There's nothing like free seats but yes you can get into Government Medical Colleges for MBBS where fees is very low.

You have not mentioned your domicile state.

Nevertheless, in general as per past year trends , you should try to get at least around 550 to 600 marks to be on the safer side in your neet  examination if you want to get a mbbs seat in government medical college if you belong to general  category

For example,

in neet  2019, 553 marks for general category  got into a government medical college i.e Burdwan Medical College, Burdwan  under west bengal state quota.
