Here is the JoSAA seat allotment 2019.You can see both round 1 and round 7 closing and opening rank respectively in the above mentioned institutes in Mechanical Engineering

These were the opening and closing ranksin round q & 7 respectively.However, cut off is subjected to change it may increase or decrease slightly.So you need to prepare well.I hope that this helpful to you.
