Hi, 

You should score 450+ marks to be eligible to get a bams seat in the other state government medical colleges if you belong to general category. 

Otherwise you should aim to score 400+ for having your own state bams colleges. 

Moreover you should try to have mbbs by scoring 550+ marks in neet.

Cutoff for BAMS is in range of 440+ for government colleges. And 300+ for private colleges for general category. Though the cutoff varies from college to college, it's an approximation provided to you based on previous years' analysis. The cutoff is much lower for the reserved category candidates than general candidates.
