Keshav, you haven't mentioned your Category. Neverthless, in 2019, under State Quota, the cut offs for various Categories have been as follows:

General Category: 613

EWS: 587

OBC: 567

SC: 476

ST: 391

Now this is 2019 data and cut offs change every year depending on various factors such as no.of Candidates appearing for the exam, no.of Candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. So you have to target aleast 30-45 marks more than that has been mentioned against your Category. Hello,
The cutoffs for colleges change every year but I will give a list of 2019 cutoff in general category which will help you assess the marks you need for Delhi colleges under 85% state quota:
MAMC: 647 marks,1115 rank
UCMS:630 marks, 2748 rank
LHMC : 613 marks, 5228 rank
In 2018 cutoff for colleges:
NDMC: 5428 rank, 562 marks
BSA medical college and hospital: 4641 rank, 568 marks
VMMC: 640 marks, 270 rank
Every year the cutoff changes based on the number of students who write NEET and paper difficulty level but this may give you an idea that you need 600+ marks to get a good seat in Delhi under state quota also.
