You haven't specified the category. Cut off for each category is different.
Last year cut off for  general candidates at BJ Medical college in aiq was 620 and under state quota was 557. However keep in mind that cut off are subject to change every year.

The last year's cut off for general category under AIQ was 620 marks, for SC candidates it was 492 marks and for ST candidates it was 478 marks, considering the Cutoff marks you can have an idea about your possibility of getting seat in that particular college.

Although the cut off marks changes every year depending on various factors, it may vary a bit.
