Dear candidate, there are many factors on which your percentile depends. Its not only your score but other factors like total number of students appeared, highest raw score in that session, lowest raw score in that session etc. So, even if you think that your score was very good you may not get good percentile. This time many students scored around 110 and got 95 percentile.  But what's the point of scoring 95 percentile which can't fetch you with good government college. Try to aim higher and not just 95 percentile.
