Honestly it is very difficult to predict category wise marks required to clear the cut off for a particular college because the number of PWD candidates are not same every and in addition to this the performance or quality level also differs every year. The cut off for PWD stays 0-1 percentile but they must get 6-7 percentile in order to get cse branch.
However various factors are considered while deciding the cut offs like number of candidates appearing in the examination, number of vacant seats in college, previous years cut offs and difficulty level of the paper.

For a PWD student it is a bit easy to crack jee by attempting 5-9 questions correctly, you should get atleast 160 marks out of 300 for a gaurented seat in CSE branch in some best NITs, As the cutoff mark always changes due to paper toughness and overall student performance, All the Best
