Free seat is given to those merit candidates through ECET who secure a rank below 1000. Candidates whose ECET rank is in top 1000 are eligible to get free seat irrespective of their category. To get such ran you need to score 190 or above in ECET. Admission is given based on your preferences, your merit rank, cut off and number of seats available
