Hello Aspirant

The cutoff varies every year depending on various factors. But, In General it is safe to say that minimum score of 630+ Marks are required for General Category Students to Secure a Seat in any AIIMS across India.

So, yes you can give it a try if you score more than 630+ in NEET and try till the last round, as cutoff changes every year due to many factors like Difficulty, no. Of seats, no. Of candidates etc.

Use the college predictor tool given below to know your chances in different colleges:

Hope this helps

Hi,

Hope you are doing good.

The cut-off of AIIMS is very high. You need to score more than 640+ marks in NEET. And for top AIIMS you need to be in the top 100 with more than 660 marks in NEET.

Hope this helps.

Hello Aspirant,

There are various AIIMS and different AIIMS have different cut-offs but yes if we go through the analysis of previous years cut-off then for top AIIMS like New Delhi, you need at least 700+ score out of 720 being a General category candidate, even for lower AIIMS like Jammu, Guwahati you need at least 640-650 or more marks out of 720, then only you can think of getting AIIMS.

It is quite difficult to make any accurate prediction of your admission chances in any particular college because the cut-off keeps on changing every year depending upon various factors such as :-

*** number of candidates appeared in NEET 2021

*** difficulty level of the paper

*** top score for NEET 2021

*** total number of seats available for admission and so on.

Note that the above prediction is made on the basis of previous year's cut-off and the cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors such as the number of candidates appearing in an examination, the number of candidates qualifying an examination, difficulty level of the paper, and so on.
