How many marks should I get in gate(civil engineering) for the admission in NIT's ??

Hello Rakesh,
You should score atleast 45 marks for admission in M.Tech. in NITs. For good and top NITs, You should have score 55+ marks. If you belong to OBC or SC category then you can reduce 10 marks in above suggested marks. If you want admission in popular branches like Structural Engineering, Environment Engineering then performance must be good.

Try to score 50 marks because if you get good college then you can get placed too. In case you fail to make into good college then it will be same as private college bacause not all government college has good infrastructure and placement records. So score as much as you can. Keep it 50+.
