Now please tell me, how you can get these ranks without scoring very good marks, the one you have mentioned in the question?

Just to be in delusion i would say that you can get admission with 70 marks, can get you get? NO. Will it change cutoffs list or will it change the toppers mindset? NO. fact is fact.
