Dear student,

For giving jee advanced you have to just clear the cutoff in jee mains set by NTA.
Like for eg - last year i.e, in 2020, the cutoff for general candidates was around 90 percentile score.
And that means you have to score atleast above 100 to get qualified.
Now, this year, the expected cutoff of jee mains can be between 90 to 95 for general category.

Also note that you arr eligible to give jee advanced by just qualifying in jee mains but of you will juts clear the cutoff you will not get a good college accepting jee mains score like nits or iiits.

So, you have to be score more than 98 percentile to get a good college, that is score more than 150 marks.
