It is difficult predict the exact score as the total marks for JEE Advanced changes every year. Analyzing the past year trends you need to score minimum 55-60% of total score if you belong to general category, if you belong to SC/ST category you need to score minimum 50% of total score and if you belong to OBC-NCL/EWS category you need to score minimum 50-55% of total score to secure a rank under 1000. For example if the total score for JEE Advanced is for 340 marks then you need to score 187-204 marks if you belong to general category, if you belong to SC/ST category you need to score minimum 170 marks and if you belong to OBC-NCL/EWS category you need to score minimum 170-187 marks.This is an estimated score. The final rank may change depending on total number of candidates appeared, highest score, total marks for JEE advanced etc.
