If you are appearing for the entrance test of AMU,then you should score in excess of 70 out of 150.
For JEE Mains,the cutoff can never be actually declared as it is never revealed.

there are minimum cut off for b.tech is nearly 80+ according to your category.
For branches like CS, MECHANICAL you have to score at least 85–90 marks.
