Hello, all state colleges allow admission irregardless of domicile status based on ranks in NEET. Although candidates who have domicile of a certain state have an advantage because state colleges have state quota and local students need to have a lower rank for admission. You can however check out colleges in New Delhi because its yet to adopt reservation for domicile. Also try for AIMS, Apollo, Narayana because these dont require any domicile status for admission.

Um , I guess there are some states like Gujarat , Maharashtra , Rajasthan which are also called CLOSED STATES who do not registers the other states candidates for there state counseling (that's what I have heard from youtube and my elders in family). That'S why I was asking the names of OPEN States who allows/registers other state candidates into their counseling like Karnataka , UP , Tamil Nadu and others I wanted to know from you . If possible can you please reconfirm and tell me ?

btw I am talking about NEET Counseling which is performed by STATE medical health committee... Not the other career field counseling
