Till now NTA has not released the exact figures of registered candidates so at this moment of time it would be little difficult to help you with the figures but with 60 marks your percentile is expected to be around 82.26 - 85.52 and on such percentile if you belongs to OBC category then you have good chances to get qualified for JEE-Advance 2021 because as per the expected cut-offs :-
The OBC candidate should have at least 70-75 percentile to get qualified for JEE-Advance 2021 and your percentile is expected to be much more so you have some chances but still we have to wait for the result to be out because the cut-offs are released along with the final result of JEE-Main.
Note that in above table it is not the actual cut-off for JEE-Main 2021 but expected on the basis of previous year's analysis. You can check out previous year's cut-off trends from the link given below :-
