Hello,

Council of Architecture conducts National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA). As per the information available in NATA 2021 information brochure the total number of questions are 125. The duration of the exam is 3 hours. The language of the exam is English. The type of questions that will be asked are

  • Multiple-Choice type (MCQ)
  • Multiple Select type (MSQ)
  • Preferential Choice type (PCQ)
  • Numerical Answer type (NAQ)

The questions will carry either 1 mark,2 marks or 3 marks and 125 questions have to be answered in 180 minutes. The total marks are 200 marks. It is not mentioned in the information brochure if there is negative marking or not. Last year there was no negative marking for NATA. But NATA 2021 exam pattern has been changed. Also the subject wise number of questions that will be asked is not mentioned the information brochure. Please visit the official website regularly as the updated information brochure might be published from time to time.
