The basic strategy should be to do as much as possible less negative marking. To get admission in one of the AIIMS , one must have a percentile of atleast 97.
So, keeping that in mind a marks of 120+ is in safe range. However, one must also note that the percentile matter not the marks so it depends on the topper, paper , and shift.

You should do that many questions about which you are confident. Dont do any guess work it decrease for marks by much more amount.
still try to do 150 question in it to be on a safer side but only if you have confidence
