In general around 95% questions in Neet are directly asked from NCERT Textbooks as NCERT books are the best study materials written in simple Language for having a clear conception over all the topics. If you read all the topics line by line properly you can expect good score in Biology Section of Neet. Rather all the experts recommend to start with NCERT Textbooks and then move on to some standard reference books cause these books have previous year exam papers, or sample papers for solving or already solved. Based on previous few years' question paper analysis it's the weightage of important chapters-Biology Diversity of Living Organisms 14%, Cell: Structure and Function 9% , Human Physiology 20% , Reproduction 9%, Genetics and Evolution 18%, Biology and Human Welfare 9%. During last days, you should give mock tests as much as possible. Also solve previous years' questions papers. This will give you an idea about what types of questions are actually asked.
