There are a total of 2 rounds (i.e., first round and second round) in NEET under 15% All India Quota and then the ramaining seats are transferred to the states.
Both the rounds of counselling are done in online mode and whose process in online on the official site of MCC.

NEET counselling for 15% All India Quota seats is conducted in online mode for two rounds. To participate in counselling for AIQ seats, qualified candidates will have to register themselves with MCC.
