Hello Disha,

Well in case of Symbiosis Law School, Pune -  near about 3600 students are selected through SLAT and are then called for Pi Wat.

There are four days of PI-WAT, three slots in a day, each slot has about 20 groups, and each group has about 15 students.

So calculation goes like this: 4x3x20x15 = 3600.

Here you go, about 3600 students are shortlisted for the PI-WAT process for admission in SLS, Pune.

It is to be noted that on some days the number of groups and the number of students in each group is less than that on other days, so the total number of students called for PI-WAT is around 1500.

For instance in the 2017- 2022 batch, 240 students were selected through the filtering or pi-wat round. So in Pi wat round a major filtering takes place.

Hope you find above information helpful, however in case of any further queries please feel free to comment.

All the best...
