There's no limit for attempting GATE exams.
You can write gate as many times you want.
.
And each GATE score is valid for 2 years.
.
And when coming to marks.The one in which you have scored will be considered and some of the college take an average of marks and allot a seat.
.
So,till 2 years if your previous score is high you need not be worried.
.
And there's nothing like loosing value of you attempt exam for many times.Its appreciated.
