How many times one can write neet or aiims?? Is there any number of limits for both exams??

There's no limit regarding maximum number of times one can appear in neet or aiims exam , so you can give neet and aiims exam as number of times as you want.
Candidates must be 17 years in age as on 31 st December 2020 . Upper Age limit: There will be no upper age limit MBBS 2020 .
