If you are asking about test city, then you can select upto three cities. they can be in different states and you can choose them according to your preference. Test cities one selected cannot changed so select them carefully.

If you are talking about exam centres,then you have the option of selecting only one exam centre which will be in the city of your first preference. Exam centre and time slot once selected cannot be changed so choose carefully.
