Doctor of medicine or MD is a three year duration course which is offered in different medical colleges and University of India. The candidate who has completed MBBS from a recognised college or university can apply for studying doctor of medicine. Admission to the course is done on the basis of securing good scores in NEET PG. Besides this, there are other entrance examinations as well which are accepted for admission in MD:

• All India Institute of Medical Science entrance exam
• Banaras Hindu University entrance exam
• Institute of Human behaviour and allied Sciences
