1. Combat Free Fall.

2. Under Water Diving.

3. Paramotor Pilot.

4. IGLA and A/Tk Missile Pilot.

5. Rock Craft and Ice Craft.

The selection is tough and the training is breathtakingly persistent but you get to wear the ELITE status.

Here is the recruitment process and eligibility criteria:

1. The candidate must get 100% marks in physical fitness test and 50% in the written test. Only these candidates will be given an option of joining the PARA commando. Then they will be subjected to additional tests.
2. If any of the candidates fail these extra tests, they will still be able to join their parent regiment.
3. The special tests are as follows: 1. 5 km run which has to be completed in 20 minutes, 14 chin-ups, 40 push up reps in 1 minutes, 80 sit-up reps in 2 minutes and 17 times metre shuttle in 1 minutes.
4. These guidelines will be given in details once you get selected.
