How much i have to Study,In 11 at kota
Hello Ashish,
JEE Main Syllabus is based on class 11th & 12th mostly so if you focus on your class 11th & 12th study then it will be easy to cover the complete syllabus.
Some of the Preparation tips, You can follow-
Know your Syllabus Well : It is essential that you know what topics you have to cover for the examination. Board exams cover only 12th standard syllabus whereas JEE Main covers both 11th and 12th standard syllabus. Therefore, you should know what topics and subjects are likely to appear for the examinations.
Create a Time Table : Divide your syllabus and allot specific timings per day for a subject. The timings should be devided in such a way that at least some topics of each subject are covered per day. Since JEE Main also consists of the 11th standard syllabus, make some time in the evening or morning for the topics related to the 11th standard. Timetables will help you stay on track to complete the syllabus.
Develop your Daily Targets : Make your daily targets in such a way that the entire syllabus will be completed well before time so that enough days are left for revision. The main focus should be on completing 12th standard syllabus for the board examinations. it is advised that some part of the syllabus is completed in the daily targets along with the 12th standard syllabus.
Practise MCQ questions : Multiple Choice Questions will be there in the JEE Main examination. Solving MCQ’s per day will allow you to revise constantly will also provide a base for the extensive descriptive answers of class 12th board examinations. Keep solving a few MCQ questions every day for better preparation.

Hello Ashish,
If you are aiming to achieve good rank in exam then 11th class is a very cruicial time for you. It is because now you'll have to change your study pattern which you've been following since childhood. If you join a coaching in Kota, the classes will be of around 6-8 hours per day and apart frpm that you'll have to study 4-8 hours more depending on your intellectual capacity.
You have to change your thinking structure. You'll have to think that study is the only thing you want to do and rest of the things (specially social events like birthdays, weddings etc.) does not matter. Doing this you'll eventually develop a flow for study.
You'll have to avoid social gathering, even hanging out with friends. Just have your meals properly, exercise as per requirement and study study study.
Apart from that you'll have to maintain consistency. That is you'll have to study daily no matter what. If on someday you decide to have a holiday, I'll suggest that even on that day you study a liittle. Don't break your flow of study.
