It is difficult to tell you any specific cutoff because cutoffs are subjected to change as they depend on various factors like number of students appearing for the exam, difficulty level of the exam and availability of the seats.

However by looking at the previous year cutoff data I could tell that you need to have a rank in between 25-30k in jee mains to get cse at thapar University.
