According to previous year cutoffs, the closing rank at RV College of Engineering was 14065 for Biotechnology engineering. The closing rank at MSRIT Bangalore was 43258 for MEDE and for biotechnology engineering it was 19645. The predicted marks for a specific rank for last year(2018) changed from previous year. Prediction of marks for a specific rank os difficult as COMEDK examination is not over yet.

Please note that cutoffs and ranks vs marks vary based on factors like number of students taking the examination, number of seats available, difficulty level of the paper etc.
