Your rank depends on various factors like lowest and highest marks, number of candidates appeared, number of candidates qualified etc.So it not possible to predict the score to secure below 10,000 rank.But to give you a rough idea you need to score in between 180+ to increase the chances of getting a rank below 10,000.
