       The cut-off varies every year.Since the competition is high this year you should score 450+ in order to get a government college.

Hello dear!
The  score for each categories varies every year but as per the trends of last few years the cutoff for sc category is between 450-550  in neet  to get admission in government medical  colleges.

As per NEET cutoff 2019, candidates belonging to UR category OBC/SC/ST category need a minimum of96 marksto qualify.
