In 2018, under State Quota,  402 marks secured a seat in Kodagu Institute of Medical Sciences. That was the cut off. Having said that, cut offs change every year and are deoendant on various factors like no.of candidates appearing for the exam, no.of seats available, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. This year the cut off might increase by 50 marks approximately. You can check the cut offs of various colleges under your Category at:
