You will need to score more then 125 marks in JEE Main to get NITs in general category . Cut off marks varies according to the branches.The more score you get the more chances are there for admission in good nit with good branch.Check jee mains cutoff of past year on below link.

Cutoff for JEE advance changes every year. It doesnt have any fixed criteria. All depends upon level of questions.
But if you are from general category then score more than 50% then your rank will be under AIR-2000.
