Dear Sridhar, for you to be qualified in NEET , you should secure atleast 50 percentil of top NEET score. This is the qualifying cut off. Now the score to secure a seat in NEET vary from College to College, State to State and whether it is under All India Quota or State Quota. If you have a particular State in mind do let us know, But in general, your score should be nothing less than 600 for a seat in MBBS if you fall under General Category.

Anything less than 550-600 will not get you a seat in a Government Medical College.
