According to different college and specific branch you need rank different.
So be specific what you want in in which college.
And you know that this time you will get 2 chance so competition may be more.
So better to prepare and be in safe position.
According to me you should score atleast 170-180 marks so that you have many options with you and you can choose wisely.

The cutoff marks will vary from the NIT to DTU and also NSIT and other government 

So according to your category i can tell that if you score above 120 marks then your safest to get these college for sure i can guess as of now cutoff i have observed so please get as more as the marks in the JEE because the competation is more
