Hello Sibani,
Under 85% state quota for Odisha state, the minimum marks for a general category candidate to get admission in government medical college were 508 marks corresponding to AIR 18621(Government Medical College and Hospital, Balangir) in 2018. This year has seen rise in cutoffs to a certain extent in round one of state quota counselling, so going as per trends, this year's cutoff for general category under state quota should be somewhere between 535-565 marks. These are just fact and figures, the final cutoff may vary depending upon number of candidates, number of seats and marks scored this year.
Hope this helps you.
