MAMC is the best government medical college in India & as you know you have to be in the first few ranks to get MAMC that is getting the highest score in NEET that is obviously 600+ marks 

FOR MAMC you should really be prepared for this exam 

give test series & try to get rank 1 or atleast stay in the top 10 consistently . your concepts should be very clear . You should study every topic only then can you attempt many questions to get 600+ . 

set a score goal & work accordingly set it realistically something that you can actually achieve not because want MAMC because you will get it think this way. Keep yourself motivated & completely dedicate yourself. 

Your NCERT should be on your tips you obviously need 300+ in that section. Work on your weak areas & to succeed only working is the mantra so do it for your dream college. Every test you give should be like you are giving NEET.
