Hi Chandan,
For Electrical & Electronics Engineering the cutoff rank last year for ST other state was 219 was Electronics & Communication Engineering was 147. This year's cutoff will also be around that only approximately. Your score should be around 150 in JEE Main Paper-1 to get in.
